Event Rules
- Workshops (except for children's workshops) are for participants aged 18 and over.
- Our programs are realized with the participation of at least 4 people.
- Tickets are for one person and only one person can work at each station.
- Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Ticket and participant name/ticket/age are checked before the workshop starts.
- In all workshops, a digital “Eataly Workshop Participation Certificate” is given.
- Eataly reserves the right to cancel the organization by refunding the event fee paid by the participants when deemed necessary.
- Eataly reserves the right to change the content and date of the events if deemed necessary.
- In order to avoid food waste, you can bring your storage containers with you and take them home so that you can share them with your loved ones.
- The workshops organized at Eataly do not fall under the scope of “professional training”. Workshops are for hobby and entertainment purposes; different theoretical information can be explained by the workshop chef depending on the type of the event.
