Event Rules
- Cosmos Theater carries out general image recording and live broadcasting activities at the venue within the scope of promotional, marketing and advertising activities. The participant is aware that general video recording is made at the venue and that during these shootings, whether he/she is with the general audience or not, his/her images may also be taken, and in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and 5846 Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, he/she gives permission/approval to record his/her images and agrees that the relevant organizer is authorized to use these recordings freely without the need for a separate permission.
- Door opening time is 21.00 and concert start time is 22.00.
- Food and drinks brought from outside will not be allowed in the hall.
- Pets are not allowed in the hall.
- The sound systems in the hall may cause temporary hearing problems.
- Light schemes in the hall may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- It is forbidden to enter the theater with professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras).
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke / use tobacco products in the indoor areas of Cosmos Theater in accordance with Law No. 4207. Those who do not comply with this rule will be removed from the event area without warning and tickets will not be refunded.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions for discounted ticket purchases.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the event time.
- Cosmos Theater reserves the right to refuse entry to the event venue by refunding the ticket fee to any person whom it deems unsuitable for the event in order to protect and ensure the health and safety of the participants, peace of mind, order in the internal functioning of the facility, etc.
- The dress code for the fine dining atmosphere at Cosmos Theater is elegant evening dress.
- Shorts, sportswear, clothing with offensive graphics or language, flip flops and pool attire are prohibited.
