Event Rules
- The event is suitable for ages 7 and above. Listeners aged 7-12 can attend with an accompanying adult.
- We kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the event.
- Since a barcode/ticket check will be conducted upon entry, you are required to present your ticket. If your ticket was purchased with a membership, please log in first and access your ticket from the "My Tickets" section. If you are unable to retrieve your ticket, or if you did not purchase your ticket with a membership, please contact Biletix Customer Service.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the terms for purchasing discounted tickets.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the event location and time.
- Bringing food and beverages into the event venue is prohibited.
- No entry will be allowed into the hall after the event has started.
- Purchased tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
- It is prohibited to bring cameras and photo equipment into the event venue.
- The organizing company reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who disturb or are likely to disturb other guests, with a refund of the ticket price.
