Event Rules
- Children under 7 years old are not allowed in the venue. Those aged 7 and above require a full ticket.
- We strongly recommend that you arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start of the event.
- Participants/audience members must sit in the seat number indicated on their ticket. Those who do not comply with this rule and insist on changing seats will be removed from the event venue.
- Ticket control will be carried out at the entrance to the event, and you must show your ticket on your phone. Tickets are for single use only.
- The event organizer reserves the right to postpone the event or make changes to the program in the event of any negative circumstances.
- Lost or forgotten tickets will not be reprinted or delivered. You must present your ticket at the entrance to the event venue.
- Professional audio and video recording devices will not be allowed into the event venue.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be issued.
