Events List

Event Rules

- Tickets are valid between 23-24 November.
- Doors open on Thursday: 1:30 P.M.
- Doors open Friday: 11:30 A.M.
- This event has special rules.
- Audience under the age of 14 can only enter the venue with their parents.
- Audience under the age of 7 are not allowed in the venue.
- For disabled enquiries please call Volkswagen Arena (+902123776700).
- Each individual to enter the event venue must have a valid ticket, and each participant owning a ticket accepts these rules.
- Participants must be carrying their IDs as there will be ID check regulation in the entrance.
- The security staff will make body search all participants before entering the venue.
- For individuals who are considered not suitable for the activity, the organisation company reserves the right to deny entrance to the area of activity. Such individuals are to be refunded.
- Laser pen and/or equipment, flammable items, glass materials, sharp or pointed tools, licensed or not, fire arms and / or weapons, are strictly forbidden in the festival area.
- No cameras or any type of recording devices are allowed into the event area, including drones, Selfie sticks, GoPros and GoPro sticks.
- Pets will not be admitted.
- No medical drugs are allowed in the venue.
- It is not allowed to enter the venue with laser pointers and any tools that are flammable, explosive (deodorant, spray, perfume etc.) and sharp.
- Festival organization reserves the right to use photographs and video recordings of the festival goers in the promotion materials. Festivals goers agree to this automatically by attending the festival.
- The event will take place at any weather condition. Participants must be prepared for any type of weather as there will be no refund in bad weather conditions.
- No food and beverage of any kind is allowed in the event area. A variety of food and beverage will be available for purchase on event site.
- The participants are responsible from their private goods. organisation company is not in charge of stolen or missing items.
- The venue has a right to not allow any person if they seem unsuitable for the event, audience who are not allowed will receive a refund.
- Prolonged exposure to high volume sound levels during the festival may cause temporary hearing damage.
- The lighting systems in the event site may cause temporary sight problems. Strobe lights might be in use during the event which can cause epileptic attacks in individuals with epilepsy.
- The participants must keep their tickets until the event is over.
- The event tickets can only be purchased through the official channels defined by the organisation company. The organisation company has the right to deny the individuals owning invalid tickets pruchased from unofficial sources.
- The event tickets cannot be handed or turned over. The organisation company is not in charge of missing tickets which are not going to be reissued.
- Audience that exits the venue will need to purchase a new ticket in order to enter the venue again.
- Combined ticket holders must comform to the directions of the authorized staff at the entrance to be eligible to grant entry to the second day. If the ticket holder does not apply to these directions, they may have to purchase a new ticket to enter the second day of the event.
- No refunds will be issued to participants who do not obey the rules stated above.
