Event Rules
* Lujo Hotel conducts general recording and live broadcast activities at the venue for promotion, marketing, and advertising purposes. By participating, the attendee is aware that general recordings are being made at the venue, and during these shoots, their images may be captured, whether they are present with the general audience or not. They grant permission/consent for their images to be recorded in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, and acknowledge that the relevant organizer has the authority to freely use these recordings without the need for further permission.
* The admission time to the concert area is 21:00, and the concert starts at 22:30.
* After purchasing tickets, guests must send a photocopy of their identification and contact phone numbers to callcenter@lujohotel.com with the subject line "Robbie Williams Concert Attendance."
* The beverage package determined by Lujo Hotel Bodrum is included in the ticket price.
* Everyone attending the event accepts all security measures, including body and bag searches, determined by the security team. Participants who do not comply with these measures will have their entry rights canceled, and ticket refunds will not be issued. All participants must carry their identification with them.
* There is no designated seating arrangement in the concert area except for the loges; it is standing.
* Participants under 18 years of age are not admitted to the concert area without their legal guardian.
* Outside food and beverages are not allowed into the event area.
* Pets are not allowed into the event area.
* The sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
* The lighting arrangements in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
* Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras) are prohibited in the event area.
* Participants should be present at the event entrance at least half an hour before the start time, along with their tickets.
* The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of ticket purchase.
* Lujo Hotel has the right to refuse entry to the event venue, refunding the ticket price, for individuals it deems unsuitable for the event in order to protect and maintain the participants' health, safety, peace, and the internal functioning of the facility.
* The event starts at 19:00 and ends at 00:30. Additional fees apply for guests exceeding the check-out time.
* The wristbands distributed to participants must not be removed until leaving the facility.
* Identification must be presented upon check-in at the hotel.
