GENERAL SALES
It is forbidden to bring food and beverages to the event venue from outside.
The time at the event page is the door opening time.
This event has an age limit of 18-year-old. Those under the age of 18 can attend the event accompanied by their parents.
Guests should not remove their wristbands during the event. If a guest leaves the venue, re-entry with a ticket will not be possible.
Any pets will not be allowed to enter the event venue.
We kindly ask our guests not to carry any bags larger than a handbag. Luggage and large backpacks will not be accepted in the venue. The event does not provide a cloakroom service.
The event will be held outdoors and under any weather condition.
The organizer reserves the right to use the photograph and video footages of guests in the promotional materials of the event. By buying attending the event, guests agree to this usage.
There may be last-minute changes in the event programme due to the pandemic conditions. Please visit our website for the most up-to-date programme.
For individuals who are considered not suitable for the event, the organisation company reserves the right to deny entrance to the event venue. Such individuals are to be refunded.
The organisation company reserves the right to change ticket prices.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
The COVID-19 precautions are updated according to the Ministry of Health guidances. Guests are allowed to choose wether they wear a mask or not, according to the 2 March 2022 dated announcement.
Masks will be provided at the event venue for the guests who do not have a mask, or would like to change their existing masks.
There will not be a HES Code control before the event.
We kindly request our guests to follow the mandatory precautions.
WARNINGS AND REMINDERS
RECORDING DEVICES:
It is forbidden to record the event with a camera, mobile phone and all kinds of recording devices. Professional audio and visual recording devices (cameras and video equipment etc.), Selfie Stick and GoPro sticks are not allowed to the event venue.
AUDIENCES WITH CHILDREN:
Please do not bring children under the age of 7 to the concert. Tickets are required for children aged 7 and over. Audiences under the age of 18 without parental accompaniment will not be allowed to the venue.

Purchased tickets cannot be changed or refunded except for the cancellation of the event or the change of date. Refunds and changes to be made as a result of cancellation or date change must be carried out until the date to be specified in future announcements.
