Summer Holiday Workshops

A journey filled with art, discovery, and creativity for children begins at the Pera Museum this summer!
Through the Summer Holiday Workshops program, running from July 29 to August 7, 2026, children ages 4–12 will come together for workshops inspired by the museum’s temporary and permanent exhibitions. Participants will examine the artworks up close during guided tours and then have the opportunity to engage with art in different ways by transforming their observations into creative works.
As part of the program, children will discover stories hidden within landscapes, design characters from clouds, create new worlds through collages, and craft moving puppets inspired by works of art. While experimenting with various art techniques—such as printmaking, ceramic surface design, flipbooks, and animation—they are invited to reflect on emotions, scale, and imagination. Working with materials such as paper, fabric, acetate, ceramics, printing supplies, and digital tool
