The following “Conditions of Use” includes necessary rules for you to benefit from our services in our official web site “www.biletix .com (Web Site)” and to buy ticket for the events. We hereby state that you expressly agree, acknowledge and undertake that by visiting or using our Web Site, you would be deemed to have read these Conditions of Use, comprehended the contents of the same and be bound by these Conditions of Use and you shall act in compliance with all the related applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, we hereby significantly remind you that you were clearly and explicitly informed that “you shall be under the obligation of payment in case your ticket order is confirmed by this Contract and preliminary confirmation.” Biletix Bilet Basım Tic. A.Ş and www.biletix .com (collectively “Biletix”) shall be entitled to make any change at any time in such Conditions of Use. As soon as these conditions are announced on the Web Site, they shall promptly become effective. Therefore, please follow this page of the Web Site regularly. Furthermore, for buying ticket of event or any other service from Biletix, the provisions of the “Policies of Sale and Sales Contract” as well as “Confidentiality Statement” are required to be read and overviewed.

Provisions:

1. The contents and software of the Web Site are owned by Biletix and/or its suppliers and protected by the Turkish and international copyright laws and regulations. Copyright warnings and various introductory writings are used and announced on the pages of the Web Site. Please do not delete, abolish or alter this warning or introductory writings or ancillary information given with the same.

2. You hereby agree and acknowledge that you are entitled to visit, display this Web Site, watch the events via the Web Site, obtain introductory knowledge, buy tickets (or other products – merchandise) only for your personal use and your other personal uses. Pursuant to this scope, unless authorized by Biletix in writing, you hereby agree and undertake not to use the Web Site for any purpose and in any way, copy, upload, publish, alter the information/contents/images on the Web Site in any case and manner other than for your personal use and create derivative artworks or disclose or distribute the same to the public or use the same in contradiction with the law or use or dispose without authorization.

3. By visiting or using the Web Site, you may only conduct transactions on the Web Site only for the purposes in compliance with the law. In any transaction or act you have on the Web Site, any legal, penal or other responsibility is attributed to you. Within this scope, you hereby agree, acknowledge and undertake not to reproduce, copy, distribute, process, or make any disposition of the pictures, photos, texts, visual and audial images, video clips, files, databases, catalogues and lists or any other information or item available on the Web Site in a manner abusing opinion or personal right or other rights or assets of Biletix and/or any other third party and not to directly or indirectly compete with Biletix. 4. If any responsibility is attributed to Biletix pursuant to this scope, the relevant users hereby agree, acknowledge and undertake to immediately compensate any and all loss of Biletix.It is forbidden to use our Web Site for any prohibited or unauthorized purpose or within that scope to use any other tools such as robot, cobweb or any other automatic tools or manual processes without the written consent of Biletix. You also hereby agree not to use any tool, software or any other hardware/equipment to intervene or attempt to intervene in operation of Biletix or not to carry out any transaction, loading onto infrastructure of our Web Site in a disproportioned, unreasonable manner.

In case of notification to Biletix by the copyright holder or its representative or any other third party with regard to that any user used this Web Site as an instrument of illegal abuse or breach of any right or in case any breach is evident based on a court decision or confession of the relevant user or in case Biletix suspects of or is anxious about such an abuse or breach, the rights of the violating user to access in and/or use the Web Site shall be annulled.

6. Commitment for accuracy and compliance/legality of the information, contents, visual and audial images provided and published by any third party is fully attributed to the persons, who procure and publish the same and/or send the contents to the Web Site. Biletix does not guarantee or undertake safety, accuracy, compliance/legality of the contents sent by the third parties including the users. You hereby additionally agree to indemnify any and all loss, which the third parties shall have and are caused by your unfair and illegal use of the Web Site including use of the Web Site for connecting to another web site or uploading contents or other information. You hereby agree, acknowledge and undertake that any and all responsibilities for any and all loss of Biletix or third parties, possibly arisen out of your failure in compliance with the related laws and regulations during use of the Web Site by you, shall ex officio be attributed to you; you shall not be able to have recourse to or claim against Biletix; and you shall immediately indemnify all the claims possibly asserted against Biletix and losses suffered by Biletix within the scope of this article.

Furthermore, Biletix does not give any implicit or explicit guarantee to the users including fitting for purpose, uninterrupted operation, updating, functionality, accuracy, inerrability. Biletix does not guarantee either that there is no virus or infecting or impairing features in the files downloaded by you from the Web Site. In case any of the provisions, limiting the responsibilities of Biletix, is found contrary to the related laws and regulations by the court, the relevant provision shall be enforced within the scope of the law or regulation, complying with the related laws and minimizing the responsibility and responsibility of Biletix shall be determined accordingly.

These Conditions of Use cover Biletix Sales Policy and Statement and the visitors of the Web Site hereby agree, acknowledge and undertake that they have read and admitted the provisions of the relevant Sales Policy and Confidentiality Statement and they shall comply with the contents of the relevant Policy.

14. By using the Web Site, you hereby agree that in case any dispute arises with regard to the web site, this dispute shall be subject to the Laws of the Republic of Turkey and resolved in accordance with these laws regardless of the conflict of laws. Furthermore, you hereby agree that any dispute arisen out of or in connection with the Web Site and/or its provisions, Istanbul (Çağlayan) courts and execution offices shall have jurisdiction.
