QUESTION: When will ticket sales begin?
ANSWER: Tickets for the Opening and Closing ceremonies will be on sale at the official website and call centre from 20th May and will be on sale at central ticket booths from 5st June. Tickets for competitions will be on sale at the official web site, call centre and central ticket booths from  5st June.
 
QUESTION: Where and how will they be sold?
ANSWER: Tickets will be sold via call centre and internet, and at ticket booths, which will be opened in several places in Mersin and Adana. The ticket booths’ locations will be announced at a later date.
 
QUESTION: What kind of services will be offered with these tickets? Can ticket holders board shuttle vehicles? Or can everybody use this service? Will the parking be free or paid? Can ticket holders use the parking areas?
ANSWER: Everyone who wants to go to the competition can use the shuttles. There will be ticket sales at every venue’s entrance. Ticket holders can use the parking areas at the venues for free.
 
QUESTION: How can spectators who come from outside the country buy tickets?
ANSWER: Spectators who come from outside the country can buy tickets at the official website, by phone or directly from ticket booths. In addition, concierge service will be provided at hotels.
 
QUESTION: Which documents must spectators carry with them when they pick up the tickets purchased online?
ANSWER: For the online ticket purchases, spectator must show their identification card and the credit card with which the tickets were bought. Tickets cannot be mailed.
 
QUESTION: Is it possible to buy group tickets? Will there be a discount for group tickets?
ANSWER: A Limited number of group tickets will be available according to the type of competition. However there will be no discount for group tickets. Forgery and ticket scalping are crimes. In this case, Turkish Republic laws will be applied.
 
QUESTION: Can purchased tickets be returned?
ANSWER: Purchased tickets cannot be returned
 
QUESTION: Can a ticket holder leave and re-enter with the same ticket?
ANSWER: Each ticket is valid for one entry to the venue. Spectators who leave the venue cannot re-enter with the same tickets.
 
QUESTION: What can someone who loses his/her ticket do?
ANSWER:  Spectator who lost the ticket can apply to spectator services officer at the venue.
 
QUESTION: Will Multi-tickets or pass cards be offered for all competitions? Will tickets be purchased separately for each event?
ANSWER: There are no multi-tickets or pass cards for events. Tickets are sold separately for each event. They are separate from each other and independent.
 
QUESTION: Will the same ticket be valid if the competition date or time changes? What happens if the competition is cancelled?
ANSWER: If the competition date or time changes, the same ticket will be valid for the changed competition. In addition, if there is a cancelled or changed competition, the ticket can be returned.
