Event Rules
- Keep your tickets & wristbands for the duration of the festival.
- The organization is not responsible for any valuables and loss.
- Pets (except guide/seeing eye dogs) are not allowed on the festival grounds.
- Please be adviced to purchase the official merchandise sold at the festival area.
- Laser pen and/or equipment, flammable items (deodorant, spray, parfume etc), glass materials, sharp or pointed tools, licensed or not fire arms and / or weapons, are strictly forbidden on festival grounds.
- Prolonged exposure to high volume sound levels during the festival can cause temporary hearing loss.
- Prolonged exposure to the lights used during the festival can cause temporary disturbance to sight.
- Please be adviced to purchase the concert tickets from official ticket sales outlets, any other tickets will be regarded as illegal.
- The ticket cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for one entry.
- The ticket is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Reproduction of the ticket is not permitted.
- The organization reserves the right to use photographs and video recordings of the event goers in the promotion materials. Spectators will be waiving their rights off for photographic and video shootings during the concert.

- Ticket holders below 18 years old, will need to be accompanied by their parents who are holding a ticket.
- Beach access will be controlled and available only in between specific hours.
- All participants should have a valid ID with them throughout the event.
- The festival will not allow ticket holders without valid IDs to enter the festival grounds.
- Car access to the festival grounds will not be permitted.
- There will be a limited capacity festival carpark.
- There are food and beverage vendors inside the festival area, no outside food or drinks are allowed on festival grounds.
- The festival will be held in any weather condition. Be prepared for all weather conditions. No tickets will be refunded due to the weather conditions.
- No cameras or any type of recording devices are allowed into the event area. Selfie & GoPro sticks are not allowed on the festival grounds either.
- Promoter company holds the right to make changes in the program of the festival or the ticket prices.
- For individuals who are considered not suitable for the activity, the organisation company reserves the right to deny entrance to the area of activity. Such individuals are to be refunded.
- No one may record, videotape, or film any portion of Artis's performance. Ticket holder hereby grants artist management the right to confiscate any audio or visual medium on his/her person while inside the facility.
