- Event will take place in any weather condition. Please be prepared for all weather conditions. No tickets will be refunded due to the weather conditions.
- No food and beverage of any kind is allowed in the event area. A variety of food and beverages will be available for purchase on event grounds. Absolutely no alcohol may be brought onto the campus or Festival grounds
- For individuals who are considered not suitable for the event, the organisation company reserves the right to deny entrance to the area of activity. Such individuals will be refunded.
- No cameras or any type of recording devices are allowed into the event area.
- Please keep your ticket until the end of the concert.
- We would like to remind you that organiser cannot be held responsible for your personal belongings.
- No pets are allowed in the event area.
- We recommend you to buy the official merchandise from the official merchandise sales points at event area.
- Visitors of the concert will be waiving their rights off for photographic and video shootings during the concert.
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with explosive, inflammable, sharp and/or poignant items and laser pointers.
- The sound levels at the event area may cause temporary hearing loss.
- The lighting used at the event area may cause temporary disturbance to sight.
- All individuals entering the event area regardless of their age must hold a valid ticket. Visitors below 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent.
- Event tickets should only be bought via the official sales outlets designated by the organiser. Organiser reserves the right to deny access to individuals who had been identified to purchase tickets via other channels.
- Visitors who would like to exit the event area will be needing a new ticket for re-entrance.
- This ticket cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. This ticket is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Reproduction of this ticket is not permitted.
- There are no parking areas at the event area. We recommend our visitors to use public transportation.
