Event Rules

- Participants who leave the event area after entering must purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
- Pets are not allowed in the event venue.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed unsuitable, with a refund of the ticket price.
- It is prohibited to bring firearms, flammable, explosive, or combustible materials (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), cutting or piercing tools, or any items that could be used for attack or defense (such as helmets, umbrellas, camping chairs, selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, tripods, trouser chains, etc.), as well as laser pointers into the event area.
- The organizing company reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
- The organizing company reserves the right to change ticket prices.
- Food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the event area.
- Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the event area.
- Professional audio and video equipment, video cameras, and photo cameras are not allowed in the event area.
- Recording during the concert is strictly prohibited. The audience agrees that audio-visual recording devices may be confiscated.
- Please keep your ticket and wristband with you throughout the concert.
- All participants must carry identification and present it when requested.
- Participants must keep their personal belongings with them at all times. All personal belongings are the responsibility of the participant.
- There is no cloakroom or storage area at the event venue.
- Security personnel will conduct security checks on everyone entering the event area.
- Sound systems at the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
- Lighting systems at the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- Concert tickets must be purchased only from official sales points determined by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove from the venue those with tickets not purchased from official sales points.
- Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued.
- The organizer has the right to use photos and videos taken of attendees for promotional materials, and by attending the concert, participants agree to this usage.
- Bringing opened tobacco and tobacco products into the event area is prohibited.
- The event will take place under all weather conditions. Participants are advised to be prepared for all weather conditions. No ticket refunds will be issued.
