Event Rules
- Children outside the 5–9 age range will not be admitted to the kitchen.
- Workshop sessions (except for children’s workshops) are intended for participants aged 18 and over.
- Our programs take place with a minimum of 4 participants.
- Tickets are valid for MOTHER + CHILD participation.
- No refunds or changes can be made to purchased tickets.
- Before the workshop begins, ticket, participant name, and age verification will be carried out.
- A personalized digital “Eataly Workshop Participation Certificate” is provided for all workshops.
- Eataly reserves the right to cancel the event and refund participants if deemed necessary.
- Eataly also reserves the right to change the event’s content or date if required.
- To help reduce food waste, you may bring your own containers to take home any extra food you prepare during the workshop—so you can also share it with your loved ones.
- Workshops organized at Eataly are not considered professional training. They are designed for hobby and entertainment purposes, and depending on the nature of the event, different theoretical information may be shared by the workshop chef.
