- The event is for participants aged 18 and over.
- Participants can use the facility between 20:00 and 00:00.
- It is forbidden to bring food, drink, cutting, piercing or flammable objects into the event area.
- Use of any areas outside the hotel’s designated event space is not permitted.
- Event participants accept that photos and videos will be taken within the event area.
- It is forbidden to use professional video recorders and take pictures without written permission.
- It is expected that care will be taken to avoid shooting with non-professional devices that will disturb other guests and performing artists and violate the privacy of their private lives. Shooting with flash is strictly prohibited.
- Organization and venue officials have the right to exclude people they deem unsuitable from the event and backstage area.
- Particular attention is paid to the balance in the number of men and women, attitude, style, clothing and general suitability, and entry may not be possible due to these and similar reasons. This decision is entirely at the discretion of the door. Our door's decision is final and valid under all circumstances.
- Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, canceled or changed.
- The right to use photos and videos of people participating in the event in promotional materials belongs to the organizer, and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
- Hyde Bodrum reserves the right to make changes to the event time with prior notice.
