Event Rules
- Fire measurement will be made at the entrance to the venues.
- It is compulsory to wear a mask during the time spent in the venues during exhibitions.
- Exhibition spaces, experience and common areas, and all areas used by employees and visitors will be disinfected with products approved by the Ministry of Health at international standards. Routine disinfection procedures will continue after opening, during the day and after closing.
- Personnel, who regularly go through health checks and whose fever is measured every day, will work with necessary protective equipment.
- There will be disinfection points easily accessible to visitors in the spaces, experience and common areas.
- In accordance with the social distance rules, a maximum of 4 people are accepted to the places, provided that they are from the same family or group of friends. If there are visitors who do not know each other, they can enter as one person, not as a group.
- Limited number of visitors will be accepted to the venues.
- In accordance with the social distance rules, the seating areas are arranged to leave 1.5 meters of space between people.
- The organization company reserves the right to deny admission to the venue by refunding the ticket fee if it deems inappropriate.
- The specified time is the exhibition door opening time.
- There is no lower age limit for the event. 10 years old and over are required to have a ticket.
- The organization firm reserves the right to change the program due to inevitable reasons.
- The organization company reserves the right to change ticket prices.
- Outside places; food and drink will not be taken.
- No action will be taken for lost tickets.
- It is forbidden to enter the spaces with flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing tools and laser pointer.
- There is no deposit point in the places.
- Every individual participating in the festival is deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the articles in the special rules.
- The purchased ticket is valid between October 8-18 between 10:00 - 20:00.
