1. All attendees are required to purchase a full price ticket regardless of age.
2. The minimum age limit for the performance is 18.  Minor audience members (-18) can only attend the event with their parents (mother/father). Children under the age of 8 will not be allowed to attend.
3.There will be a bag & body check at the entrance.
4.All liquids, gels, vitamins and aerosols such as perfumes, deodorants, will be subject to some restrictions. Containers/bottles that are not permitted inside, will be kept in lockers and will be returned to their owners once they exit the festival.
5.Drugs will not be permitted inside the festival area under any circumstances. Prescribed drugs will be kept in a safe box during the festival and will be available for use if needed.
6. Flammable and/or explosive liquid or gas substances, pepper gas and teasers will not be allowed into the festival area.
7. Attendees without a valid ID/Driver’s License/Passport will not be allowed into the festival.
8. Do not take off your wristband under any circumstances. Please do not take off your first day wristband and do not lose your ticket. You’ll be given your second day wristband, when you arrive with your first day wristband and ticket. Attendees must always wear their wristbands. There will be two separate wristbands for two days.
9.Your ticket, and the wristband given to by the festival gives the right to enter the festival area in designated hours. If you lose your wristband and/or ticket or take off your wristband you will lose the right to attend the festival.  The organizer and Biletix will not be responsible for lost tickets and/or wristbands.
10. You can only leave the festival area once until 1 AM. Attendees who leave after 1 AM, will not be allowed to re-enter on that day.
11. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor spaces. Attendees who break this rule will be taken out of the festival area without warning and will not receive a refund.
12. The entrances to the performance halls are limited by capacity.
13. There is a no refund policy.
14. Printing your tickets before the festival, will save you time.
15. No outside food or drinks allowed.
16. The festival will take place in any weather condition. 
17. Professional cameras, video recording cameras and selfie sticks are not allowed into the festival.
18. We kindly ask you to not record any of the performances. Festival attendees hereby accept that their audio-visual recording devices might be seized with the order of the artist.
19.The organization company holds the right to change the schedule, performance times or ticket prices.
20. The owner of the organization holds the right to deny any person to the venue of the event, with the condition of refunding the ticket price.
21. During the performances, the fog effect will often be used.
22. Please be informed that the event consists of excessive sound levels.  For our guests with sound sensitivity, earplugs will be available on the festival site.  
23. The event includes visual effects that are not suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy.
24. Zorlu PSM Main Gate will be the only entrance to the festival area.
25. All items that are not put in the cloakroom will be under the responsibility of their owner. Items that are placed in lockers, will be under the responsibility of their owner once they are locked.
26. All food and beverage payments in the festival area with the exception of Cheers are done with tokens called munten.
27. You can purchase the muntens from the sales points scattered in the festival area with cash, credit cards or bank cards.
28. Muntens are sold in 6-packs and cost 80 TL.
29. Muntens will only be valid at Sónar Istanbul 2019 and are not refundable
30. Muntens are not accepted at Cheers; you can pay with cash, credit cards and debit cards.
31. At SonarLab by Red Bull Music you can pay with cash, credit cards and debit cards as well as muntens.
32. There are special areas for VIP ticket holders in SonarLab by Red Bull Music and SonarClub by %100 Music. VIP ticket holders can enter regular ticket holders’ areas and VIP areas too. 
33. VIP ticket holders have their own private lounge, SonarVIP by %100 Music at B3 floor. 
34. VIP ticket holders who want to use the free parking lot should go to the Info Desk located at B1 with their ticket.
35. The doors for the performances will open at 7 PM on both days.
36. The Sónar +D program will start at 10 AM on March 9th.
