Event Rules
• When the visior purchase an admission ticket. S/he accepts the visiting terms & conditions set out by Sualtı Dünyası A.Ş./ Merlin Entertainments Turkey management.
• The ticket will be invalid once you leave the attraction.
• The purchased tickets cannot be used for commercial purposes, amended, returned or sold.
• Standart ticket is valid 30 days, Cluster ticket(2-3 Atractions) is valid for 90 days from date of purchase.
• For children under 36 months no admission fee will be charged, proof of identity requested.
• Children tickets are for visitors aged 3-17. Aged below 18 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years old or above when entering the attraction.
• Visitors above 18 to use a student ticket, they need to submit a valid student ID to the ticket office before make their purchase. *Student ticket just valid for Madame Tussauds and Sea Life Aquarium.
• Adults (18+) will not be admitted without a child. *It is the responsibility of each parent to supervise their children under their care while in attractions.
• Visitors are responsible for their personel belongings during the visit.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to or expel from the attraction without refund any Visitor for inappropriate behaviors.
• In case of deliberate damage by a guest, the management reserves the right to charge the damages.
• Tobacco and tobacco products are prohibited n the attraction. No food and beverages are allowed in the attraction.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The photos and videos taken in the attraction cannot be used for comercial purposes.

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have introduced specific safety measures at each of our Attractions in an effort to safeguard the health, safety and wellbeing of persons visiting our Attractions.

Visitor Requirements
The safety measures put in place in response to the Covid-19 pandemic are there to safeguard the safety and wellbeing of all guests visiting our Attraction. It is in the interest of everyone at our Attraction to comply with the safety measures that have been put in place. Therefore, should an individual not comply with these safety measures, we reserve the right to require that individual to leave the Attraction in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Risk
The safety measures that are being and have been introduced are intended to minimise the risk of contracting the Covid-19 virus but this risk cannot be completely eradicated. Therefore, anyone visiting our Attractions acknowledge that they do so at their own risk.
• This ticket may only be used by one person and MADAME TUSSAUDS İstanbul’s ,SEA LIFE İstanbul’s, LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre istanbul’s only provides a single admission.
• This ticket is valid for 90 days after purchase.
• Free child tickets are valid for children aged between 0 and 36 months. Child tickets for a fee may be used for children aged between 3 and 17 years. Guests aged 18 years and older must obtain and adult ticket.
• Adults must be accompanied by a child (aged 18 and under) when they visit LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre.Child must be accompanied by a adult (aged 18 and under) when they visit the attraction.
• You can visit between 12:00 and 18:00 every day of the week. The last entry time is 17:00
