Event Rules
● Tickets are sold through the Call Center (444 9 178) and Biletix.
● Ticketed entry is via the hotel main gate; after a security and payment check at entry, a wristband is issued.
● Guests coming from outside may only benefit from the services offered in the festival area.
● Please keep your ticket and/or wristband with you throughout the event.
● Guests who leave the area forfeit their entry; a new ticket must be purchased to re-enter.
● Beverage units in the festival area are free between 18:30 – 23:00; high-alcohol drinks and cocktails are subject to an extra charge.
● Bringing outside food and beverages into the festival area is not permitted.
● At the Lobby Bar, Pool Bar and for consumption outside the area, credit card or cash payment applies.
● By entering the area, participants are deemed to accept that photos and videos may be taken and that these visuals may be used by Megasaray Hotels (San-Tur Turizm A.Ş.) across all channels.
● Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing discomfort; smoke and fog machines may be used in the area.
● No valet service is provided for the event; parking is the guests’ own responsibility.
● Entry with sharp/piercing tools, weapons, flammable materials, etc. is strictly prohibited.
● The organization is not responsible for lost items.
● Refund & exchange terms are determined by Megasaray Hotels and may be updated when necessary.
● Megasaray Hotels reserves the right to make changes to the program (artist, concert, time, etc.) and to ticket prices.
● Megasaray Hotels reserves the right to refuse entry to persons it deems unsuitable, by refunding the ticket price.
