EVENT & ENTRY POLICY
-Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult aged 18 or above.
-All attendees over 2 years old require a valid ticket.
-A designated zone within General Admission will be reserved exclusively for female attendees.
-Once a ticket has been scanned and the guest has entered the venue, re-entry is not permitted.
-All guests must comply with Ora Arena security procedures, venue regulations, and event policies.
-Guests arriving after the event has started may not be guaranteed immediate access to their purchased seat.
TICKET INFORMATION
-Tickets must be purchased through Biletix or officially authorized ticketing partners.
-Tickets purchased through unauthorized resale platforms may be invalid, duplicated, cancelled, or refused at the entrance.
-Ticket prices may change without prior notice.
-All ticket sales are final, except where applicable under the cancellation or rescheduling policy.
-Tickets may not be used for promotions, competitions, giveaways, advertising, or commercial purposes without prior written approval from the organizer.
-An LED bracelet is included in the ticket price for all GOLDEN Circle ticket holders.
-Guests in all other ticket categories may purchase an LED bracelet in advance, subject to availability, by contacting +90 55 400 400 41.

DIGITAL TICKETS
-Tickets are issued as digital in-app tickets/barcodes.
-Customers must provide accurate contact information when booking.
-Ticket holders are responsible for protecting their tickets and QR codes from copying, screenshots, sharing, theft, or misuse.
-A ticket becomes used and invalid after its first successful scan.
-If another person uses a copied or shared ticket first, entry will be refused and no refund will be issued.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
-Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where applicable following an official cancellation, rescheduling, or material event change.
-In such cases, ticket holders will be contacted using the information provided during booking and advised of the available options.
-Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, lost or stolen tickets, previously scanned tickets, unauthorized resale purchases, or refusal of entry due to violation of event rules.
SECURITY & PROHIBITED ITEMS
-All guests and belongings may be subject to security checks.
-Guests must follow instructions from venue staff, security personnel, and event management.
-Weapons, illegal substances, drugs, explosives, flammable materials, sharp objects, and laser pointers are strictly prohibited.
-Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
-Pets are not permitted, except where required by applicable accessibility regulations.
-Necessary personal medication should be carried in appropriate packaging and may be subject to security verification.
-Professional cameras, video cameras, audio-recording equipment, selfie sticks, GoPro extension poles, and similar equipment are not permitted without prior authorization.
-Unauthorized professional recording of the performance is prohibited.
GENERAL CONDUCT
-Management may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of event or venue regulations.
-Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, subject to venue rules.
-Bar service and alcoholic beverages may be available in designated areas in accordance with applicable Turkish laws.
-Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
-By attending the event, guests acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place for event documentation, broadcasting, marketing, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
-The organizer may make reasonable changes to the event schedule, program, production, seating configuration, ticket categories, prices, or operating procedures where required for safety, security, operational, or regulatory reasons.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
-By purchasing or using a ticket, the customer agrees to these Event Terms & Conditions, Ora Arena regulations, and the applicable ticketing platform policies.
How to Get to Ora Arena?
-Located adjacent to the Esenler Bus Terminal (Büyük İstanbul Otogarı)—one of Istanbul's most critical road transport hubs—the venue is easily accessible from all parts of the city.
-Transportation by Public Transit
-Metro: This is the fastest and most practical method. Take the M1A Yenikapı-Atatürk Airport line and get off at the Esenler Metro Station. From the terminal, the arena is just a short walk away.
-Bus / Minibus: You can reach the area using numerous IETT buses or city minibus lines heading towards Esenler Bus Terminal or Bayrampaşa State Hospital, then easily walk to the venue.
-Transportation by Private Vehicle
-Using your private vehicle via the E-5 (D-100) or TEM Highway, take the Hal Yolu (Terminal connection road) and follow the -Bayrampaşa / Otogar signs to reach the arena comfortably.
-There are parking facilities available in the vicinity of the concert area.
