KWOON is a cinematic rock/post-rock project led by visionary artist Sandy Lavallart. Blending ethereal soundscapes with striking visuals, KWOON creates a unique fusion of music and art that captivates audiences around the world.
<Event Rules
− There is an age restriction for the event. Participants under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the event.
− All participants are required to have a ticket.
− Student tickets are valid upon presentation of a valid student ID card. The student ID card must be presented to the staff at the event entrance.
− No spectators will be admitted to the venue after the event has started.
− Food and beverages brought from outside are not permitted inside the event venue.
− All participants must carry their identification documents with them and present them upon request.
− Participants are required to be at the event venue 1 hour before the event starts. Guests arriving by private vehicle or public transportation are responsible for any delays caused by traffic, parking, valet services, or other related circumstances.
− The Organizer reserves the right to change the event venue and time.
− The sound and lighting systems used at the event venue may cause various forms of discomfort.
− Photography and video recording are prohibited during the event. Participants who are recording will be warned. Participants who fail to comply with the warnings will be removed from the event.
− Flammable or explosive items (such as deodorants, sprays, perfumes, pepper spray, etc.), cutting or piercing tools, firearms, laser pointers, selfie sticks, tripods, and any other items that may pose a security risk, including but not limited to those listed above, are not permitted inside the event venue.
− No cloakroom, storage, locker, or similar service is provided for items that are not permitted inside the event venue.
− Portable chairs, stools, seats, or similar items are not permitted inside the event venue.
− Open-pack tobacco products are not permitted inside the event venue.
− Backpacks, suitcases, carry-on luggage, motorcycle helmets, and similar personal belongings are not permitted at standing concerts, shows, or similar events.
− Pets are not permitted inside the event venue.
− The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any person to the event venue without providing a reason, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
− The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event and issue ticket refunds for any reason.
− The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program and event rules.
− The Organizer is entitled to use photographs and video recordings of participants attending the event in promotional materials.
− The Organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks to ensure the safety of the event venue. Participants agree to undergo such security checks. For security reasons, the following persons may be denied admission to the event venue:
Persons under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances,
Persons causing disturbances,
Persons carrying inappropriate or prohibited items, and
Persons deemed, at the Organizer’s discretion, to pose a security risk.
− The ticket fees of persons deemed unsuitable for admission to the event venue by the Organizer will be refunded.
− The Organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
− Each ticket is valid for one person only and is valid for the specified event.
− Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased from sales points other than the Organizer’s official sales channels.
− Discounted tickets are valid only for events designated by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to change the discount rates.
− Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
− Tickets of guests who leave the event venue will be deemed invalid. Guests wishing to re-enter the venue will be required to purchase a new ticket.
− Purchased tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event is cancelled.
− In the event of cancellation or a date change, ticket holders will be informed and will either be granted the right to a refund or have their ticket date automatically updated to reflect the new event date.
− Tickets sold may not be used in any competition or giveaway without the permission and/or approval of Paribu Art.
