Event Rules
1. Holders of a valid day ticket are permitted to enter and re-enter the venue on multiple occasions during the same day. Each entry shall be subject to verification of the ticket voucher presented on a mobile device, together with a valid form of identification.
2. There is no fixed seating for this event. Please choose your seat freely within the zone you purchased, on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Event tickets may only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organizer. Tickets obtained from unofficial sales points, including unauthorized resale, may be rendered invalid; holders of counterfeit or unauthorized tickets may be refused entry or removed from the venue.
4. Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancellable, except as otherwise required by applicable law or where the event is cancelled by the Organizer. In the event of postponement or rescheduling, tickets shall remain valid for the revised date. In the event of cancellation, refund arrangements shall be announced through the official channels of the Organizer.
5. Clothing or handbags bearing portraits, suggestive, insulting, or vulgar slogans are strictly prohibited.
6. Fragile items and glass containers — including, without limitation, glass cups, glass bottles, thermos flasks and ice boxes — are prohibited within the venue. Throwing any object, including beverage bottles, at players, staff or other spectators is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the venue.
7. For the safety of all persons present, the following items shall not be brought into the venue: weapons of any kind (including replicas or toy firearms), ammunition, explosives, flammable, explosive, highly toxic, radioactive or corrosive substances, hazardous liquids, bladed weapons, stun devices, and any other items capable of threatening public safety.
Items posing a safety risk shall be confiscated. Possession of weapons, explosives or other unlawful items shall be reported to the local law enforcement authorities.
Common examples include, but are not limited to: handguns, air guns, fireworks, lighters, matches, insecticides, compressed gas cylinders, gasoline, paint, knives, bayonets, electric batons, magnets, and similar items.
8. Food and beverages will be sold inside the event area. Bringing outside food and beverages into the event area is strictly prohibited.
9. Baseball bats, long sticks, sharp objects, long-handled umbrellas, pointed umbrellas, and umbrellas longer than 50 cm, as well as other items likely to cause personal injury, are prohibited.
10. Spectators please enter the venue in an orderly queue. Do not linger at the venue entrance or in entry passages, to avoid congestion.
11. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the venue, including restrooms.
12. Spectators may move freely within the designated spectator areas, provided that walkways and exits are kept clear. Access to restricted or operational areas — including the backstage area, control rooms and the commentary desk — is prohibited. Spectators shall not approach or interact with players prior to their appearance on stage or during matches in any manner that may disrupt the event or the progress of a match, including requests for autographs or photographs. Live streaming within the venue without prior authorization is prohibited.
13. During the match, spectators must not engage in behavior that distracts performance guests, competing players, coaches, or referees, such as using flash or laser pointers when taking photos. Distributing promotional materials unrelated to the event inside the venue without permission is prohibited. Verbal or physical provocation or even assault toward team members or other spectators is prohibited. Any verbal or physical provocation or assault shall result in immediate removal from the venue; other violations may also lead to removal at the discretion of the Organizer.
14. During the event, please set mobile phones and other communication devices to silent mode.
15. Spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a civilized manner. Littering, spitting and any conduct that disrupts the event or disturbs other spectators are prohibited.
