Event Rules
- Doors open at 17:00.
- All attendees are required to have a valid ticket regardless of age. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Event tickets must be purchased only from official sales points determined by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to holders of tickets not purchased from official sales points.
- Sound systems used in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
- Lighting systems used in the event area may cause temporary visual discomfort.
- All participants are required to keep their tickets with them throughout the event.
- Participants who exit the event area after entry will be required to purchase a new ticket in order to re-enter.
- Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
- The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to persons deemed inappropriate, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
- Food and beverages are not allowed in the event area.
- Pets are not allowed in the event area.
- Medication is not allowed in the event area.
- Participants must keep their personal belongings with them at all times. Responsibility for all personal belongings belongs to the participant.
- Audio or video recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Professional audio and visual equipment (video cameras, photo cameras, etc.), selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, and similar materials will not be allowed into the event area.
- The right to use photographs and video recordings taken of participants during the event for promotional purposes belongs to the venue and the organizer, and participants accept this by attending the event.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event venue and time.
- At stadium events, some guests may experience limited visibility due to unforeseen and/or unavoidable technical installations.
- Entry with firearms, flammable, explosive, or combustible items (such as deodorants, sprays, perfumes, etc.), sharp or piercing objects, blunt objects, or any items that may be used as weapons (including helmets, camping chairs, selfie sticks, tripods, trouser chains, etc.), as well as laser pointers, is strictly prohibited.
- The concert will take place under all weather conditions. Guests are advised to be prepared for all weather conditions. No ticket refunds will be issued.
- Biletix and the organizer are not responsible if guests arriving after the event has started are unable to access their assigned seats. The organizer and Biletix do not guarantee seating for late arrivals. Guests are strongly advised to arrive at the venue before the concert start time.
- Guests holding standing field tickets are advised not to wear high-heeled shoes due to possible ground-related conditions.
- Seats with restricted view may have up to 80% loss of visibility. Tickets purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
