Event Rules

- The indicated time refers to the venue's door opening.
- The event will be held with a non-seated standing arrangement.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify the seating plan and arrangement within the venue as deemed necessary.
- The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices and introduce new pricing categories.
- The organizer may make changes to audience placement or other event operations as required.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify the program and content of the event.
- The event is restricted to individuals 18 years and older. Attendees under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the venue.
- Wristbands provided at entry must be worn at all times during the event.
- Guests without wristbands will not be allowed inside the venue. Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue premises.
- Gender balance is prioritized at the entrance. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals not complying with this policy.
- Ticket availability is limited. Once early bird or discounted tickets are sold out, prices will increase.
- For Komünite events, the only authorized ticket sales channel is the official Komünite website. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from second-hand ticket sales.
- Tickets must be purchased from officially designated sales points as announced by the event organizer.
- Professional audio-visual equipment (video cameras, DSLR cameras, selfie sticks, GoPros, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- Professional recording and live streaming are not allowed. If deemed necessary by the event staff, such equipment may be confiscated.
- No vehicle access is permitted to the venue premises.
- The venue does not have a parking area for attendees.
- The venue is not accessible for wheelchair users or individuals with mobility challenges.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed. On-site F&B services will be available.
- With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in the concert area.
- The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: firearms, flammable or explosive materials (e.g. deodorants, sprays, perfumes), sharp or piercing tools, or any object that could be considered dangerous (e.g. helmets, selfie sticks, tripods, chains, laser pointers).
-Security staff at the entrance will inspect bags and belongings as part of standard security checks.
- The event and security teams reserve the right to deny entry to individuals carrying restricted items.
- All attendees are subject to a security screening at the entrance.
- Attendees must carry valid identification and present it upon request by the event staff.
- There is no cloakroom for storing personal belongings at the venue. Attendees are responsible for their own items.
- A coat check service is available. Please avoid bringing bags larger than a handbag. Suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost or misplaced tickets will not be reissued.
- Tickets are only valid for the specific date and time indicated. Unused tickets will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- The event will take place regardless of weather conditions. Please come prepared; no refunds will be issued due to weather.
- Sound systems at the venue may cause temporary hearing discomfort.
- Lighting systems may cause temporary visual sensitivity.
- Stage lighting may be harmful for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or epilepsy. Caution is strongly advised.
- In the event that the scheduled event is postponed, tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. Customers who are unable to attend on the rescheduled date may request a refund by contacting the organizer within the specified timeframe.
- In emergencies, the organizer reserves the right to interrupt or postpone the event.
- Ticket holders accept all event rules and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in enclosed areas. Attendees who violate this rule will be removed 
without warning or refund.
- A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per person for a single event.
- We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time.
- Late arrivals will be admitted only during appropriate intervals, as determined by the production team. Entry will be managed to minimize disruption to the performance and other guests.
- The organizer is not responsible for late arrivals, and no ticket refunds will be provided under such circumstances.
- Photography or video recordings with non-professional devices that disturb performers or violate personal privacy are strictly discouraged.
