Etkinlik Kuralları
- The event is restricted to attendees aged 18 and over.
- All events organized by ENKA Art are subject to specific rules and regulations. By attending an event, all participants are deemed to have accepted these rules and any applicable consequences.
- Discounted tickets are available only for students and employees of ENKA Group Companies.
- Guests are required to remain in the seats indicated on their tickets throughout the event. Participants who fail to comply with this rule or insist on changing seats will be asked to leave the venue.
- Audience members with disabilities, pregnant guests, or others requiring designated seating are kindly requested to inform us in advance by calling +90 212 705 60 50 before the event.
- Participants are required to be at the venue entrance with their digital tickets before the scheduled start time.
- Latecomers will only be admitted during the intermission for theatre performances (if applicable), or at the first appropriate applause break during concerts, dance performances, or similar events. Admission may not be possible otherwise.
- Unless otherwise specified (for events with a different age restriction), children under the age of 7 are kindly requested not to attend. Children aged 7 and above require a valid ticket.

- ENKA Art reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove from the venue any person whose behavior disturbs or is likely to disturb other guests, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
- Student tickets are available in limited numbers. Student IDs will be checked at the entrance. Guests who fail to present a valid student ID will be required to pay the price difference between the student ticket and the lowest-priced full ticket category.
- ENKA Art reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule and program.
- Bringing sharp, pointed, or flammable objects into the venue is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not permitted inside the venue out of consideration for other audience members.
- Cameras and professional photography equipment are not permitted inside the venue. Photography, video recording, and audio recording using cameras, mobile phones, or any other recording devices are strictly prohibited.
- Mobile phones must be switched off or set to silent mode throughout the event.
In accordance with Law No. 5277, Article 2/4, smoking and the use of tobacco products are prohibited within the venue except in designated smoking areas.
- ENKA Art is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of visitors' personal belongings brought into the event venue.
