- Discounted tickets are available for viewers aged 65 and over and students. (Valid ID/document must be presented.)
- The organizing company reserves the right to refuse entry to the event venue to individuals who are deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other guests, with a refund of the ticket price.
- Guests must adhere to the specified seating arrangement. It is mandatory to sit in the designated seats throughout the event.
- We kindly request that you arrive at the event venue with your ticket at least 30 minutes before the event start time.
- You are required to present your ticket as barcode/billet checks will be conducted upon entry. If your ticket was purchased through a membership, you can access it from the "My Tickets" -section after logging in. If you encounter issues or did not purchase your ticket through a membership, please contact Biletix Customer Service.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event venue and time.
- Bringing food and beverages into the event venue is prohibited.
- No additional audience will be admitted once the event has started.
- Purchased tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
- Bringing cameras and photographic equipment into the event venue is prohibited.
