Event Rules

-This event is subject to Special Rules.
-Everyone entering the concert area must have a ticket.
-The concert will take place regardless of the weather conditions. It is recommended to be prepared for all weather conditions.
-No ticket refunds will be issued.
-No food and beverage of any kind is allowed, there are food and beverage vendors at the event area.
-The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
-Professional audio and video recording equipment (video cameras and photo cameras) are prohibited in the concert area.
-Selfie sticks and GoPro mounts are also prohibited.
-Only guests aged 18 and over are admitted to the venue. Guests under 18 can be accommodated on the ground floor until 5:00 PM.
-Cloakroom service is available at the event area. Bags larger than a handbag and suitcases are not accepted.
Special Rules
-Please keep your ticket throughout the concert.
-We would like to remind you that you are responsible for your personal belongings in the concert area.
-Pets are not allowed in the concert area. Pets are accepted in the outdoor areas of the ground floor garden and the upper floor terrace.
-We recommend purchasing merchandise products only from the authorized sales points inside the concert area.
-The event organization reserves the right to use photos and video recordings of the attendees in promotional materials, and by attending the concert, attendees consent to this usage.
-It is forbidden to enter the concert area with any tools that can be used as flammable, explosive, combustible, sharp, or piercing objects, as well as laser pointers.
-The sound systems in the concert area may cause temporary hearing problems.
-The lighting setups in the concert area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
-Concert tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove individuals holding tickets not purchased from official sales points.
-Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. New tickets will not be printed for lost ones.
-Student ticket capacity is limited. Student ticket holders must present their student IDs during ticket control.
