Event Rules
- The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to the event venue to any person it deems inappropriate or likely to disturb other guests, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
- Guests are required to adhere to the specified seating arrangement. Guests must remain in their assigned seats throughout the event.
- We strongly request that you arrive at the event entrance with your ticket at least 30 minutes before the event start time.
- You must present your ticket upon entry, as barcode/ticket verification will be conducted. If your ticket was purchased through a membership, please log in to your account and access your ticket via the “My Tickets” section. If you are unable to access your ticket or did not purchase it through a membership, please contact Biletix Customer Service.
