Event Rules
- The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the venue to any person deemed unsuitable or likely to disturb other guests, subject to a refund of the ticket price.
- Guests must adhere to the specified seating arrangement. Guests are required to remain in their designated seats throughout the event.
- We kindly request that you arrive at the event entrance with your ticket at least 30 minutes before the start time.
- As a barcode/ticket check will be carried out upon entry, you must present your ticket. If your ticket was purchased via membership, please log in to your account and access your ticket via the ‘My Tickets’ section. If you are unable to access it, or if you did not purchase your ticket via membership, please contact Biletix Customer Services.

- It is prohibited to bring food and drink into the event venue.
- No spectators will be admitted to the venue once the event has started.
