Event Rules
- The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed inappropriate or likely to disturb other guests, subject to a refund of the ticket price.
- Guests must adhere to the designated seating arrangement. Seating must be maintained throughout the event.
- We kindly request that you arrive at the event entrance at least 30 minutes before the event start time with your ticket.
- As barcode/ticket checks will be carried out upon entry, you must present your ticket. If your ticket was purchased with a membership, you can access your ticket by logging in to your membership and going to the “My Tickets” section. If you are unable to access your ticket, or if you did not purchase your ticket with a membership, please contact Biletix Customer Services.

- The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event venue and time.
- Food and drink are not permitted in the event venue.
- No spectators will be admitted to the hall after the event has started.
- Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed.
- Cameras and photography equipment are not permitted in the event venue.
