Event Rules

*The sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products to anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited within the event area. Since purchasing or offering alcoholic beverages or tobacco products to minors by adult participants is also a criminal offense, anyone found doing so will be removed from the festival grounds. 
*Participants under 18 years of age will be issued an “Under 18” wristband. Participants under 18 found without this wristband or who damage it will be removed from the venue. 
*Participants entering the event area are kindly requested not to leave the premises before 10:00 PM. Otherwise, their wristbands will be removed and their tickets will be canceled. If these participants wish to re-enter the event, they must purchase new tickets.
*The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought into the event area: professional audio and video recording devices, over-the-counter medications, open packages of tobacco products, all types of food and beverages, glass, plastic bottles, cans, flammable and combustible objects (such as deodorant, perfume, insect repellent, etc.), weapons, sharp or piercing objects, and laser pointers. Additionally, foldable chairs or umbrellas may not be permitted inside by security if the venue does not have sufficient space. 
*Prescription medications that participants need to use during the event will be collected via a written record and handed over to first aid. Medications can be retrieved from there if needed.
*The organizing company and event security are not responsible for or authorized to address any incidents occurring outside the event venue. Participants are advised not to leave the venue unless absolutely necessary for their safety.
*Tickets and QR codes sent to event participants via SMS are personalized and single-use. 
*No refunds or changes are permitted for purchased tickets. The loss or theft of a ticket is the responsibility of the purchaser. Replacing a lost or stolen ticket or obtaining a refund is not possible.
*Event tickets must be purchased exclusively from official sales points designated by the organizing company. The organizing company is not liable if tickets purchased from unauthorized sources are found to be counterfeit.
*All participants must carry their identification and tickets with them at the event entrance and throughout the event, and present them upon request.
*Participants are deemed to have accepted all security measures, including bag and personal searches, as determined by the organizer and security team. Participants who fail to comply may have their entry rights revoked, and no refunds will be issued.
*The organizing company reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, subject to a refund of the ticket fee. Participants will be issued wristbands based on the type of ticket they purchased. These wristbands facilitate entry to and exit from the event venue.
*Participants must not remove their wristbands during the event. Entry to the event area will not be permitted with wristbands that have been torn, removed, ripped, taped, or deformed.
*Anyone found in the event area without a wristband or wearing a deformed wristband will be removed from the event area and will not be admitted to the event under any circumstances.
*Event tickets may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the organizer’s permission. Additionally, conducting any commercial or promotional activities within the festival grounds without the organizer’s permission is strictly prohibited.
*The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program. Any changes to the program do not constitute grounds for a full or partial refund of the event ticket.
*Participants may not excerpt from the audio and/or video recordings of the concerts, record visual and/or audio recordings containing images of these concerts and artists, reproduce, publish, or distribute such recordings to the public by recording them onto audio and video media and/or phonograms, nor may they be broadcast on TV channels, online platforms, or via mobile network operators.
*The organizing company is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Participants are strongly advised not to bring valuable items to the event venue.
*Items found in the event area will be turned in to the management office; if the owner cannot be located, they will be handed over to the nearest police station at the end of the event, accompanied by an official report.Video and audio recordings will be made by the organizing company throughout the event. All ticket holders are deemed to have consented to being recorded.
*Portable restrooms set up in the event area will be available free of charge. Maintenance and cleaning will be handled by the relevant company. Participants must use the restrooms in accordance with the instructions posted inside the stalls. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension of restroom access.
*Sound and lighting effects in the event area may cause temporary hearing or visual discomfort.
*Light effects and visuals that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy may be used during the event.
*Vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, trailers, RVs, bicycles, scooters, etc., are not permitted in the festival area.
*We organize all our events to ensure participants can enjoy themselves freely in a safe environment. However, freedom does not mean causing disturbance to others. Please refrain from excessive behavior. Participants who continue to exhibit excessive behavior despite warnings will be removed from the event area and their tickets will be canceled.
