Event Rules
- The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the venue to any individual deemed inappropriate or likely to disturb other guests, subject to a refund of the ticket price.
- There is no numbered seating arrangement at our event. Participants may enter the sessions taking place throughout the day at any time they wish; they may sit in any available seats, subject to the capacity of the relevant auditorium, excluding those reserved for protocol.
- We kindly request that you arrive at the event entrance with your ticket at least 30 minutes before the start time.
- As a barcode/ticket check will be carried out upon entry, you must present your ticket. If your ticket was purchased via membership, please log in to your membership account and access your ticket via the ‘My Tickets’ section. If you are unable to access it, or if you did not purchase your ticket via membership, please contact Biletix Customer Services.
- The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.
- The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event venue and time.
- It is prohibited to bring food and drink into the event venue.
- Participants may enter the event venue throughout the day. The official opening will take place in the morning, and sessions will continue throughout the day as part of the programme.
- No cancellations, refunds or changes are permitted for purchased tickets.
- You are welcome to bring cameras and photography equipment to the event venue. Participants may take photos and videos during the event and share them by tagging the @gastromasa account.
