Event Rules
- Door Opening Time 19:00 / Concert: 21:00
- No cancellation, refund or change is made to purchased tickets.
- The event box office will open 2 hours before the event.
- Those under the age of 6 are not allowed into the event area. Participants of all ages, ages 6 and over, are subject to a ticket.
- The organizer company has the right not to allow anyone it deems unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
- The organization company reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.
- The organization company has the right to change ticket prices.
- Keep your ticket and/or wristband during the event.
- No food or beverages are allowed in the event area from outside.
- Selfie Sticks and GoPro sticks are not allowed in the event area.
- Professional audio and visual equipment (video cameras and cameras) are not allowed in the event area.
- No recording will be allowed during the event. The audience accepts that audio-visual recording devices may be confiscated if the artist management deems it appropriate.
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with any flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, cologne, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing tools, thermoses, motorcycle helmets and laser pointers.
- All participants are required to have their IDs with them and present them when requested.
- We would like to remind you that you are responsible for the items you have with you in the event area.
- Security personnel will subject everyone entering the event area to a security search.
- Pets will not be allowed to enter the event area. Only guide dogs are allowed.
- Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points determined by the organization owner. The organization owner has the right to remove the owners of tickets not purchased from official sales points from the event area.
- Spectators who enter the event area lose their rights if they exit the area and must purchase new tickets to re-enter the area.
- Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be printed. Purchased tickets cannot be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes other than personal use such as advertising, competition, raffle, promotion, etc. unless written permission is obtained. Tickets used for this purpose will be canceled and legal action will be taken.
- The event organization has the right to use the photos and videos of the participants in the promotional materials and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
- Care must be taken not to shoot with non-professional devices that will disturb the participants and artists and violate the privacy of their private life.
