Event Rules
- There is an 18 age limit. Under 18 cannot enter.- The organising company has the right not to admit people who are not suitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
- The organisation company has the right not to admit women and men to the event venue in order to ensure the equality of the number of men and women, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
- There is no cancellation, refund and change in the purchased tickets
- The organising company reserves the right to make any changes in the programme due to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.
- The organising company reserves the right to change the ticket prices.
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with professional audio and video equipment (video camera and camera) - Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Please keep your ticket and/or wristband during the concert.
- We would like to remind you that you are responsible for your belongings in the event area.- Please do not bring any flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing

- Concert tickets should only be purchased from the official sales points determined by the organiser. The organiser has the right to remove the owners of the tickets not purchased from the official sales points from the concert venue.
- Spectators who enter the event area are required to purchase a new ticket if they leave the area.
- The right to use the photographs and video footage of the people attending the concert in promotional materials belongs to the organisation and the participant accepts the use of this right by attending the concert.
- It is mandatory to present your ticket as barcode / ticket control will be performed at the entrance. First of all, if your ticket is purchased with membership, you can access your ticket from the My Tickets area by logging in. If you cannot access your ticket, please contact Biletix Customer Services if you did not purchase your ticket with membership.
