Event Rules
- There is an 18 age limit. Under 18 cannot enter.
- The organizing company has the right not to admit people who are not suitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
- In order to ensure the equality of the number of men and women in the event venue, the organizing company has the right not to let them in, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
- There is no cancellation, refund and change in the purchased tickets
- The organizing company reserves the right to make any changes in the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.
- The organizing company reserves the right to change ticket prices.
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras).
- Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Please keep your ticket and/or wristband during the concert.
- We would like to remind you that you are responsible for your belongings in the event area.
- Any kind of flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing
tools and laser pointers are prohibited.
- Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
- Stage light installations in the event area are harmful for MS and Epilepsy patients, we kindly ask you to pay attention.
- Light fixtures in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- Smoke and fog machines may be used in the event area.
- Concert tickets must only be purchased from the official sales points designated by the organizer. The organization owner has the right to remove the owners of the tickets not purchased from the official sales points from the concert venue.
- Spectators who enter the event area must purchase a new ticket if they exit the area.
- The right to use the photographs and video footage of the people attending the concert in promotional materials belongs to the organization and the participant, accepts to exercise this right by attending the concert.
- It is mandatory to present your ticket as the barcode / ticket will be checked at the entrance. First of all, if your ticket is purchased with membership.
- You can access your ticket from the My Tickets area by logging in as a member. In cases where you cannot access your ticket, please contact Biletix Customer Services if you have not purchased your ticket with your membership.
