Event Rules
• An age limit of 18 applies.
• Akra Jazz Festival will take place on the open-air stage in the garden of the Akra Hotel.
• The event is a standing event and our guests will be able to sit at a limited number of bistro tables in the venue and may share bistro tables with other people during the event.
• The sale of tickets and all arrangements related to the event will be conducted in accordance with the conditions set forth in the circulars issued by the relevant ministries of the Republic of Türkiye.
• The ticket price includes a complimentary local drink. For detailed information about the catering included in the ticket price: 0242 310 99 99
• Food and beverages and professional audio/video recording equipment are not allowed in the venue.
• Lost or forgotten tickets will not be reprinted/delivered. It is mandatory to present your ticket at the entrance to the venue.
• Keep your season ticket for the duration of the festival. Season tickets must be presented at the entrance to each event. - No refunds or changes will be made. In the event that one or more concerts are cancelled, only the amount corresponding to the cancelled concert(s) will be refunded to the ticket holder.
• The organizing company has the right to make changes in the program of the event.
• The organizing company has the right to refuse admission to people who are not suitable for the event by refunding the ticket price.
• Photography and video recording will take place throughout the festival. Everyone who buys a ticket agrees to be filmed. The organizing company has the right to share,publish and use the visual content for promotional purposes.
