Event Rules
- Festival doorsopening time is 18:00.
- The festival will be heldstanding without seating arrangements.
- The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices and to offer new ticket categories for sale.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes in audience placement and other festival practices.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the festival programme and content.
- Combined or daily festival tickets do not provide entry to 'Keşif' programme events.
Tickets must be purchased separately to attend the events in the 'Keşif' program.
- 'Keşif' program ticket does not provide entry to Bozcaada Jazz Festival concerts. Tickets must be purchased separately to attend the festival.
- The festival has an age limit of 18. Audiences under 6 years old can enter the festival free of charge accompanied by their parents. Participants between the ages of 7-18 can enter the festival accompanied by their parents (mom and dad) with their tickets.
- Wristbands providedwhen entering the festival area should not be removed during the festival. Participants with a combined ticket should not remove their wristbands to enter on other days. Participantswithout a wristband will not be allowed to enter the festival area.
- Advantage tickets are limited in number. Prices will change after the advantage tickets are sold out.
- Any professional audio and video tools or equipment (video cameras, cameras, selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, etc.) will not be allowed in the festival area
- There is no vehicle access to the festival area.
- There is no parking area owned by the festival.
- No food and beverages brought from outside will be accepted a variety of food and/or beverages will be available for purchase in the festival area.
- Our pet friends can enter the festival area provided that they are leashed and muzzled. They should not be walked around the area without a leash and muzzle. The responsibility belongs to the owner of our pet friend.
- It is prohibited to enter the festival area with flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, bladed/sharp articles, and laser pointers.
- Security staff will perform a security check of the participants and their belongings before entering the venue. The festival has the right to refuse any items that do not comply with the rules.
- It is forbidden to enter the festival area with large belongings such as camping chairs and beach umbrellas.
- All participants are required to keep their IDs with them and present them when requested.
- There is no safety deposit point in the festival area. We would like to remind you that you are responsible for your belongings in the festival area.
- There are no cloakrooms and lockers in the festival area. We kindly ask you not to carry any bag larger than a handbag. Suitcases and large backpacks will not be accepted at the venue.
- Festival tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. New tickets will not be printed for lost tickets.
-All concerts will be held outdoors, so we recommend that you wear appropriate clothing and shoes and bring an umbrella or raincoat in case the weather is cool or slightly rainy.
- The festival will take place in all weather conditions. It is recommended to be prepared for all weather conditions. Tickets will not be refunded.
- Sound systems in the festival area may cause temporary hearing problems. - Light installations in the festival area may cause temporary eye discomfort. - Festival tickets should only be purchased from the official sales points designated by the organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the dates and times of the event. In case of postponement of the festival, tickets will not be refunded, tickets will be valid for the new available dates.
-The organizer has the right to stop the festival in case of an emergency, to keep the participants in the festival area, and to postpone the festival. -People who behave inappropriately in the festival area will be escorted out and tickets will not be refunded.
-The organizer has the right to escort out the participants who behave in a way that disturbs the peace of others in the festival area without refunding the tickets. - Participants of "Keşif" events must be at the venue at least 15 minutes before the event time. - "Keşif" events will be planned with no assigned seat numbers through a first come-first serve basis.
-All ticket holders are deemed to have accepted the rules of the event and they will be removed from the festival area without refund in case of any violation of the rules. - Video, photo, audio, and/or all kinds of audio-visual recordings will be taken during the festival. By participating in the event, the festival audience agrees that they allow the use of photographs, videos, audio and/or all kinds of audio-visual materials to be collected in the festival area.
