Event Rules
• Age limit: 18 years or over.
• Akra Jazz Festival will be held on the open-air stage which will be set at the garden of Akra Hotels, without seats.
• For detailed information on the special accommodation opportunities for the Akra Jazz Festival: 0090 444 40 45
• All the arrangements for ticket sales and the event shall be in accordance with the conditions set forth in the circulars issued by the relevant ministries of the Republic of Turkey.
• The ticket price includes 1 domestic drink/beverage. For detailed information on the free treat included in the ticket price, please contact: 0242 310 99 99
• No food & beverage and/or professional audio & video recorder shall be allowed into the event venue.
• Lost or forgotten tickets shall not be re-printed/re-delivered. The ticket must be shown when entering the event venue.
• Keep your combined ticket during the festival. The combined ticket must be shown each time entering the event. No refunds or changes shall be made. In the event that any or more of the concerts is/are cancelled, then only the amount that corresponds to such cancelled concert or the combined ticket for such concerts shall be refunded to the ticket holder.
• The organization company reserves the right to change the event schedule.
• The organization company reserves the right not to allow the persons, who are not deemed suitable, into the event venue, by refunding the ticket price.
• Photographs and video recording will be made during the festival. All the ticket holders shall be deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to be photographed and filmed. The organization company reserves the right to share, publish and use visual content for commercial purposes.
