An abandoned house with faded paint deep in the forest in Massachusetts. Some of those who lived in the house are forced to stay away from the family while some are trying to live in spite of a devastating incident happened at the lakeside. Having been long-estranged, Richard, who is still charming and self confident, returns home with his girlfriend Lucy. He wants to have back once he used to own: the house and the children.
