42rd Istanbul Music Festival

The Istanbul Music Festival, which has been sponsored by Borusan Holding since 2006, will take place between 31 May – 29 June 2015 around the theme “Cultural Landscapes”.

The 43rd Istanbul Music Festival will host close to 600 local and international artists in Istanbul, including names such as Yuri Bashmet, Boris Berezovsky, Emmanuelle Haïm, Angela Hewitt, Paavo Jarvi, Kim Kashkashian, Patricia Kopatchinskaja, Christian Tetzlaff, Gidon Kremer, and Yuja Wang, as well as some of the world's leading ensembles, consisting of the Lausanne Chamber Orchestra, the Franz List Chamber Orchstra, Kremerata Baltica Chamber Orchestra, and the 12 Cellists of the Berlin Philharmonic. As this year's festival's resident guest orchestra, Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremenwill be putting on two concerts.
