Christopher Joseph Isaak (born June 26, 1956) is an American singer, songwriter, guitarist, and occasional actor. He is widely recognized for his reverb-heavy rockabilly revival sound and impressive vocal range. Isaak achieved global fame with his signature hit “Wicked Game”, one of the most iconic songs in alternative rock history.

In addition to “Wicked Game,” Chris Isaak is known for international hits such as “Blue Hotel”, “Baby Did a Bad Bad Thing”, and “Somebody’s Crying”. His music blends rock, pop, and retro influences, often drawing comparisons to legendary artists like Roy Orbison, Elvis Presley, Ricky Nelson, and Duane Eddy.

With a career spanning over four decades, Isaak has released 13 studio albums and toured extensively with his longtime band Silvertone. Throughout his career, he has received numerous music award nominations and continues to be celebrated for his timeless sound and distinctive stage presence.

Chris Isaak has also built a strong connection with film director David Lynch, who has featured his music in several films.
