Tekir is a Turkish singer, songwriter, composer, performer, and arranger who combines Turkish pop with influences from arabesque, R&B, and modern rap. He began exploring music at an early age and developed his musical background by learning and performing with different instruments. In 2012, he gained wider recognition through the Turkish music program Bir Şarkısın Sen.

Tekir began his professional music career with the release of his debut album Mutlu Son in 2020. He continued his musical journey with the album Korkularımdan Manzaralar and a series of singles. His 2022 EP CHILLEBESK, particularly the track Ağlaya Ağlaya, brought further attention to his distinctive musical style.
