Ayta Sözeri was born on March 31, 1976, in West Germany. She is a Turkish singer and stage performer known for her emotional interpretations and powerful live performances. Of Circassian descent on her mother’s side, Sözeri moved to İzmir with her family in 1982. She graduated from Ege University, Department of Business Administration and received formal music training at the Dokuz Eylul University Turkish Classical Music Choir.

Ayta Sözeri began her professional music career as a backing vocalist, performing in concerts for many prominent artists, including Sezen Aksu. With her growing stage experience and distinctive vocal style, she gained wider recognition as a jury member on the popular music competition show “Benimle Söyle”.

Ayta Sözeri concerts are widely praised for their emotional repertoire and sincere stage presence. In 2019, she held her first major concert at the Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open-Air Theatre, hosting legendary singer Belkıs Özener as a special guest. In 2020, she shared the stage with iconic artist Gülden Karaböcek during her concert at the Bodrum Ancient Theatre.
