Duman is one of the most important and influential bands in Turkish rock music. Founded in 1999, the group is recognized for its unique style, compelling lyrics, and energetic stage performances. The Duman band was founded in 1999 in Istanbul. The original lineup included Kaan Tangöze (vocals and guitar), Ari Barokas (bass guitar and backing vocals), Batuhan Mutlugil (guitar and backing vocals), and Alen Konakoğlu (drums). Later, Doğaç Titiz replaced Alen Konakoğlu. Quickly becoming one of Turkey’s most listened-to rock bands, Duman proved their reputation with live performances.

Their debut album, “Eski Köprünün Altında”, was released in 1999. Songs like “Köprüaltı”, “Hayvan”, and “Halimiz Duman” brought the band widespread recognition. The album introduced a fresh breath to Turkish rock music, and Duman songs soon reached a large audience.

The second album, “Belki Alışman Lazım”, released in 2002, reinforced the band’s success. Tracks such as “Haberin Yok Ölüyorum”, “Oje”, and “Herşeyi Yak” solidified their place in the music world. The 2004 album “Seni Kendime Sakladım” achieved great success, with songs like “Aman Aman”, “Seni Kendime Sakladım”, and “Bu Akşam” topping music charts.

The Duman discography expanded further with the simultaneous release of “Duman I” and “Duman II” in 2006. The band continued their career with the 2009 “Duman II” and 2010 “Canlı” albums. Maintaining their unique style in every album, the band continues to attract high demand with Duman concert tickets.
