Event Rules
- Advantageous tickets are limited. Ticket prices will change after the advantageous tickets are sold-out. The organizer reserves the right to make any changes in ticket prices.
- The specified time is the door opening time.
- Attendees of all ages are subject to a ticket.
- Tickets must only be purchased at official sales points. Tickets purchased from any other point will not be accepted.
- Tickets are non-transferable. No refunds.
- Biletix or the Organizer does not accept responsibility for any lost. Lost tickets will not be re-printed.
- All attendees must have their ID cards on them. There will be identity check at the venue entry.
- Tickets purchased online and from call centers must be collected in advance in order to avoid long queues at the box office on site.
- All attendees are responsible for their wristbands to stay on during the entire period of the festival. Wristbands removed or damaged will not be replaced with new ones.
- The Organizer reserves the right to make any changes in the program for unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any ticket and refund the ticket price.
- All attendees will be subject to a security check before entering the venue.
- All professional video recorders, cameras, voice recorders etc. are prohibited.
- A wide range of food and beverage will be available for purchase at the venue. It is strictly forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside.
- Cutter, flammable, explosive materials and lasers are prohibited.
- It is forbidden to bring glass bottles into the venue. All will be collected if found.
- It is forbidden to bring medication to the venue. No medication brought will be allowed inside.
- All risk belongs to the attendee. The organizer or the venue is not responsible for any loss or damage.
- There will be no parking facilities for private vehicles at the venue.
- The event takes place at an open air venue.
- The event will take place rain or shine.
- Exposure to excessive and loud music may cause hearing impairment.
- Strob (flash) lights may be used during the event. Strob light may cause epileptic seizures in some people with a history of epilepsy.
- All attendees allow to be recorded as the part of the audience by taking part at the event.
- The festival area has difficulties for disabled access. If necessary, please contact us in advance.
- It is not allowed to re-enter the venue after exiting. New tickets must be purchased for re-entry.
- The balcony area has the best view of the scene and the persons who have purchased tickets to the Balcony area have the right to use all areas including the privileged entrance and the Stage Front.
- Different color bracelets will be applied to the audience under the age of 18.
